Job Summary Support accounts payable and office administrative functions to ensure smooth financial and operational processes within the company. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions accurately to maintain timely vendor payments and financial records Perform office administrative duties to support daily business operations and enhance organizational efficiency Utilize Accpac software to manage accounting tasks and improve data accuracy (preferred skill) Maintain organized records and documentation to facilitate audit readiness and compliance Collaborate with team members to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries promptly Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of Accpac software to support accounting and administrative tasks Experience in clerical or administrative support roles to enhance office workflow Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
