Jet Aviation is seeking a dynamic and highly connected Director of Sales – Government Programs (APAC) to lead strategic engagement across government and military aviation opportunities in the region. About the Role In this senior commercial leadership role, you will act as the regional lead for Government Programs across APAC, responsible for identifying, shaping, and positioning Jet Aviation for high-value government and defence tender opportunities. Reporting to the VP Sales & Business Development APAC, you will build and leverage an influential network of government stakeholders, defence agencies, industry partners, consultants, and intermediaries to ensure Jet Aviation is strategically positioned ahead of formal tender processes. You will play a critical role in early opportunity identification, stakeholder engagement, and shaping tender requirements—ensuring Jet Aviation is consistently front-of-mind and competitively positioned in the market. Key Responsibilities Identify and track government and military tender opportunities across APAC aligned to strategic priorities Build and maintain senior-level relationships across government, defence, and industry networks Influence tender requirements and positioning at both policy and operational levels Represent Jet Aviation at senior stakeholder meetings, industry forums, and conferences Develop and execute structured tender capture and market engagement strategies Manage and oversee government program intermediaries, ensuring performance and compliance Provide early-stage market intelligence to support bid/no-bid decisions and strategy development Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transition into formal tender processes Maintain strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards in all engagements Use Salesforce to track pipeline activity, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity progression About You 10+ years’ experience in government relations, business development, commercial, l
