Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant at Strada US, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for US-based clients. Your knowledge and experience will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their HR and payroll objectives. Key Responsibilities : Assist in leading and managing SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects. Provide advice on best practices and industry standards. Customize and configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Payroll applications. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM Payroll updates and trends. Qualifications : Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, specifically with US payroll. Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules and functionalities. Good project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
