Job Responsibilities : The Siebel Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the successful end-to-end delivery of Oracle Siebel CRM initiatives, ensuring projects and enhancements are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and organizational priorities. This role provides overall leadership, governance, coordination, and oversight across all phases of Siebel solution delivery, including planning, development, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to support operations. The Siebel Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, program leadership, technical teams, vendors, and support organizations to ensure effective collaboration, risk management, and execution of high-quality CRM solutions. The role requires strong leadership, project delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing complex enterprise application initiatives.
