About the position: If you have 1–2 years of outbound sales experience and want to break into software account management, this program is built for you. We’re launching a 6‑Month Software Acceleration Program designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high‑potential talent for our Software Account Management (SAM) team. This is your chance to transition from prospecting to really closing roles. It is designed to prepare and evaluate talent for placement into our Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles. This is a program role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months: Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role Exceptional performers may be considered for Senior Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program If you want a true pathway into Software Account Management, you will want to take a close look at this role. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll work in a high energy, outbound sales environment built to demonstrate your existing outbound selling skills while accelerating your ability to advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS revenue.
