aytm “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire a Senior Solution Strategist to join our growing consulting vertical. In this cross-functional role, the Senior Solution Strategist will leverage their strong knowledge of quantitative market research, client business and research needs, and aytm ’s product and service offerings to propose solutions and win new deals. In a day-to-day capacity, the Senior Solution Strategist will focus primarily on research consulting: scoping and bidding full and assisted service research opportunities for new and existing accounts. This role sits within aytm ’s Client teams, liaising between Customer Success & account teams (client relationship) and Research Services & Engagement teams (research and service execution). This is an individual contributor role. This role has 3 primary focus areas: (1) Consulting with end clients to understand their research needs and identify how aytm can best meet these needs; (2) Scoping full and assisted service projects – developing the research approach, determining and costing out deliverables, proposal writing; (3) Liaising among clients, account reps, and executional teams when new projects are won and ready to kick off. The Senior Solution Strategist will bring at least 8 years of market research execution experience and at least 2 years of consulting or proposal writing experience. This is a consulting role requiring a strong depth of experience in online survey research, specifically the management of quantitative market research projects of various sizes and complexity (e.g., multi-country studies, studies with advanced analytics, etc.). Qualified candidates will have: (1) A proven record of leading and executing high impact quantitative market research projects that meet clients’ business needs; (2) A strong understanding of quantitative methodologies, with experience mapping methodologies to specific business problems and research questions; (3) A passion for consulting with clients to dev
