We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities within the Printing & Packaging industry. This role will be responsible for driving sales of X-Rite solutions, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience and supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities: Commercial & Sales Execution Responsible for selling the required product mixed with pricing guidelines set by the business unit. Prepare and present quotations and proposals Negotiate and close on orders for X-Rite Closed Loop products and services. Regularly report and communicate to sales management: sales forecasts, order activity, stages of negotiations, pricing levels and competitive information Represent the company at trade shows and on conferences with speeches and presentations. New business line development into the fast-growing automation market.
