Who You Are: We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Manager who lives for the hunt. This role is built for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and converting new opportunities into long-term customers. If you’re motivated by opening doors, building pipelines from scratch, and consistently outperforming targets, this role was designed for you. What You'll Do: Exhibit a positive and winning attitude daily, both internally and externally. Own the front end of the sales cycle, relentlessly prospecting and generating net-new business within your region. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals. Strive to exceed all sales targets, elevating the overall team performance. Demonstrate a commanding presence in person and over the phone, using proven sales methodologies to engage, influence, and close. Develop a strong product knowledge as well as an understanding of customer needs. Approach the role with a coachability mindset, applying feedback and sharpening your skills daily. Manage and prioritize sales leads and develop new accounts through networking and referrals. Uphold CRM discipline by logging all insights daily for future intelligence. Perform any other duties
