This is a remote position. MasonBlue Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to a diverse audience. The trainer will utilize their deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to educate and empower individuals and organizations to safeguard their digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop Training Programs : Design and develop engaging and effective cybersecurity training curricula for various levels of learners, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced users. Deliver Training Sessions : Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various cybersecurity topics such as threat detection, incident response, security compliance, and ethical hacking. Assess and Evaluate : Create assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity. Continuously update training materials to reflect the most current information and techniques. Customize Training : Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different organizations and industries. Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed. Resource Development : Develop and maintain training resources such as manuals, guides, and online courses. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to enhance learning experiences. Collaboration : Work closely with other trainers, cybersecurity experts, and stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and organizational goals Requirements Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable
