This is a remote position. About Swell: Swell is on a mission to improve mental health support for military families. We envision a world of healthier, happier, kinder, and more mentally resilient people - and we’re making this possible through our full-circle mental health platform. Last year we launched ourtelehealth therapy app, intended to help military members and spouses access evidence-based mental health therapy whenever they need it, covered by Tricare. Our platform combines traditional 1:1 video therapy sessions with a mobile application designed to enhance skill adoption outside of the session, and reduce the overall time-to-benefit in therapy. Overtime we’ll also be building out a self-guided portion of our platform focused on Interventional & Preventative mental healthcare for individuals and couples. We’re a small startup created by a group of therapists, social workers, military spouses, and former service members. We’re passionate about improving access and outcomes for the military community and are looking for therapists (full or part-time) to join our team. What you’ll do here: Provide evidence-based therapy via 55-minute live video sessions to adult clients. Manage a consistent weekly caseload of clients (you choose how many sessions work for your lifestyle) Establish and track goals in partnership with each of your clients, monitoring outcomes over time. Assign & review in-app homework (video modules, daily journaling, check-ins, etc) tailored for each client. Maintain progress notes and participate in quality reviews About you: You have empathy in spades You’re a fully licensed therapist in the state of TN or KY (LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker , or LPC-MHSP - Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Services Provider) You have experience treating individuals with relationship issues, t
