Job Summary You will serve as the front desk officer and administrative staff at a boutique luxury Pilates studio in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill area, managing customer communications, assisting with class scheduling, and performing administrative tasks to support studio operations. Responsibilities Communicate proactively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance related to class scheduling, positive mood Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution Perform administrative duties to maintain smooth studio operations Use CRM software to manage customer information and class bookings efficiently Detail oriented to ensure no scheduling issues Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience using CRM software for fitness studios such as MindBody Online or Vibefam Studio timings are 8.30pm to 1.30pm, then 4.30 to 8.30pm on Mon Tues and Thurs, 3 hours break in the middle. Friday is half day at only 8.30am to 1.30pm. Weekends are 8.30am to 5.30pm straight, with 1 hour lunch break. Wednesday is off
