A qualified candidate must possess the following: A minimum of three years experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of the ITT program. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in related field may be submitted from two years of experience. Knowledge enabling employee to competently and independently carry out continuing ITT projects or programs through proper application of the principles, concepts, and techniques of recreation to the specific needs of a military community. Skill in planning and carrying out a military recreation center program which meets the needs of the participating community. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
