Role Summary As the Partner Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and scalability of Payoneer's global partner ecosystem. Working closely with regional Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams, you will identify growth opportunities, improve partner productivity, launch strategic initiatives, and build scalable frameworks that accelerate partner-driven revenue growth. This role combines commercial ownership, program execution, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and has a proven ability to turn business opportunities into measurable growth outcomes.
