Hello, we’re Instrumentl. 👋 Nonprofits do some of the most important work in the world, and most of them are still managing grants in spreadsheets. We’re fixing that. Instrumentl is a profitable, hypergrowth, YC-backed SaaS platform building the operating system for grant-funded organizations. More than 5,500 nonprofits use Instrumentl to discover, track, and win grant funding, from local community organizations to the San Diego Zoo and the University of Alaska. This is a chance to think in systems, drive genuinely zero-to-one work where the right answer isn't obvious yet, and set the standard for how the whole design org approaches platform design. What you'll do Own GrantOS end-to-end Lead design across GrantOS Platform and Core, from discovery and research through shipping and iteration Shape how grant professionals interact with Instrumentl as a platform: task management, reporting, integrations, and the data relationships that span the full grant lifecycle Drive zero-to-one product development in greenfield spaces where the problem isn't fully defined, and help define it Set the platform design standard Define the interaction patterns and design system foundations that every other product area inherits Raise the quality bar across Instrumentl's design system and coach other designers Act as a force multiplier for t
