We are looking for a Learning & People Experience Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll help us strengthen our service quality and recognition frameworks, support learning programmes, and bring to life engagement initiatives that make SICC a great place to work. You’ll balance hands-on exposure with frontline teams and programme management in HR — ensuring our team members and leaders are empowered to deliver on SICC’s promise of “Hospitality: Where Warmth Meets Excellence.” What You’ll Do Coordinate the service quality framework, including internal audits, SOP reviews, and continuous improvement tracking. Facilitate short service quality micro-trainings to reinforce standards and empower frontline teams. Support and drive recognition programmes, including quarterly awards and service appreciation events. Assist in team member engagement initiatives such as townhalls, focus groups, and culture activities. Partner with managers and Shine Makers to embed service empowerment and people experience initiatives. Coordinate and support learning and training programmes, ensuring follow-up and reporting are consistently tracked. What We’re Looking For Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in HR, Learning, Engagement, or Service Quality roles. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build rapport at all levels.
