Job Description
Responsibilities Monitor and optimise production and non-production environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability while driving continuous improvements. Manage incidents, problems, and change activities, working with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and meet SLA commitments. Maintain operational documentation, reports, and governance processes to support audits, compliance, and stakeholder communications. Lead day-to-day operations and support teams, ensuring effective 24/7 service delivery and operational excellence through automation and process improvements. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant experience in IT Operations and Cloud engineering Min. 2 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Operations Support or IT Application support. Experience with ITSM processes and tools, application/infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and security access controls. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripting), and DevOps/CI-CD practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
