Business Analyst Job Description Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and document business and system requirements. Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. Work with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to develop and enhance internal systems. Support the development of project management tools and construction technology solutions. Monitor system performance and propose enhancements based on business needs. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to support decision-making. Assist in testing, deployment, and user training for new systems and applications. Assist in management initiatives, user training, and process standardisation. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools is an advantage.
