[Job Responsibilities] Murex CEM Lead owns the end-to-end management of non-production and production environments and the controlled promotion of configuration and releases across environments for a large Murex program . The role ensures environments are stable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose for development, testing, cutover, and BAU Key Responsibilities Environmental strategy & governance : Define and maintain the environment landscape (DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre‑Prod/Prod/DR) and Own environment governance : scheduling, booking/conflict management, test window coordination, and communications. Provisioning & readiness management: Coordinate environment provisioning with infrastructure/platform teams (servers, storage, network, OS hardening, certificates) and Track capacity and performance needs; manage scaling and environment refresh cycles. Configuration management : Own the configuration lifecycle across environments: capture, versioning, approvals, packaging, and deployment. Release & deployment management : Plan and execute releases/hotfixes in coordination with IT, vendor, and workstreams and Coordinate code + configuration deployments to ensure end to-end compatibility Data & environment refresh coordination : Coordinate data refreshes (masked production copies, golden datasets) and ensure consistency for testing and Work closely with migration teams on test loads and cutover dress rehearsals. Batch, interfaces, and operational stability : Coordinate batch scheduling per environment (EOD/EOM cycles, interface runs, market data loads) and manage dependencies across upstream/downstream systems and ensure stable integration test execution. Cutover & production readiness : Lead environment readiness activities for cutover: access, freeze windows, deployment sequencing, checklists and Ensure DR readiness (where applicable): replication checks, failover testing coordination, runbooks.
