Display and maintain required level of professionalism, courtesy and competence when interacting with internal and external customers. Be adequately equipped to address all queries and concerns raised by external customers. Perform duties allocated with upselling services /health screening packages, surveys, publicising new programmes /events and other corporate or organisation-wide initiatives. Adopt a pro-active approach to: Stay informed of key products, services, initiatives, etc to address customers’ queries. Assess customer’s interest, propose solutions/alternatives, and solicit relevant feedback. Familiarise oneself with and exemplify the organisation’s mission, vision, and core values. Propose improvements to existing processes, procedures and operations, particularly pertaining to customer service and call centre operations. Upgrade one’s skills and competence through attending courses, training, workshops etc. Ensure and maintain cleanliness & safety in the call centre and with its equipment and fixtures. E-mails being send to clinics / departments should be addressed to the concerned as instructed. Individual and Group KPI’s for SCC to be attained with the right attitude and team spirit. Strictly adhere to the instructions from the Executive for the effective functioning of the centre.
