Location: Singapore Position: Operations Manager (Full-Time) About Us Desh Catering is a growing catering service dedicated to providing healthy, quality, and affordable meals to migrant workers in Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and support our expansion. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise daily catering operations. * Coordinate kitchen production, packing, and food delivery schedules. * Lead and manage operational staff, drivers, and kitchen teams. * Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues. * Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination. * Improve operational efficiency and service quality. * Prepare operational reports and support business growth initiatives. Requirements * Able to work independently and under pressure day & Night shift * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management in any industries * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email). * Minimum 5-10 years Working Experience in Singapore * Minimum Education qualifications - A level * Workplace Safety related Certificate will be more advantaged Interested candidates may send their resume to deshcateringsg@gmail.com
