Job Description To conduct patrols and monitoring activities on the hotel's premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure. To respond to any alarms in the hotel by investigating and assessing the situation. Respond to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow up with security investigations when necessary. Accompany the Front Desk Staff whilst investigating irregularities in guest rooms and public areas when required. Monitor CCTV cameras to observe for any suspicious activities and guests. Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor. Job Requirements Knowledge of security protocols. Physically fit Ability to solve problems as they arise. Attention to detail Possesses a valid Security Officer License.
