You will make an impact: The Senior Business Consultant role is responsible for supporting elluminate customers through the transition from implementation and early adoption to a sustainable and effective operating state. This role partners with customers to help establish the processes, governance, and operational practices required to successfully adopt and optimize elluminate across clinical data management, analytics, and regulatory use cases. This position combines product expertise, business process consulting, and customer enablement, with a focus on driving adoption, operational readiness, and customer success. Your day to day: Customer Enablement & Transition Support customer transition activities from implementation or managed services into a more self-sufficient operating model Assist in assessing customer readiness across people, process, governance, and technology Contribute to transition plans and customer success milestones Guide customer teams on elluminate usage, workflows, and operational best practices Deliver customer enablement sessions and knowledge transfer activities Business Process & Operational Consulting Advise customers on operational processes and responsibilities related to elluminate ownership and usage Support governance processes for data ingestion, quality, access, and analytics consumption Assist in the development of SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation aligned to elluminate workflows Help
