Job Description: Develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive key initiatives around workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Manage strategic programmes aimed at driving business value across the region Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide initiatives Coordinate best practices and implement effective programmes across multiple countries Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with exposure across multiple domains: workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Analytical mindset with strong project management and execution skills A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic environment A fast learner with an open and adaptable approach High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and engaging with stakeholders
