Job Description: Support the end-to-end onboarding of new Collection Points Follow up with Collection Points to complete the required onboarding steps Track onboarding and incubation progress, and update internal trackers Support incubation management by identifying issues early and escalating when needed Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or operational blockers Support process improvement by helping to document and streamline workflows Requirements: Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of SQL is an advantage Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months) Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
