Qualification Standard Information Technology Management Series, 2210 (Alternative A Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks. At the CT‐7 level, you will receive training and perform tasks of limited scope and complexity. At the CT‐9 and CT‐11 levels, you will work with increasing independence and responsibility. CT‐7: • Completion of a bachelor's degree; OR • Completion of 1 full year of graduate-level education; OR • Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) Superior Academic Achievement, if applicable. Specialized experience equivalent to CT-5 level has a strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals such as vulnerabilities, emerging threats, security controls and risk management. CT‐9: • Completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR • Completion of 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR • Specialized experience equivalent to the CT‐7 level performs basis analysis of automated systems for programing and design CT‐11: • Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR • Completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education; OR • Specialized experience equivalent to the CT‐9 level performs moderately complex system analysis and develop/modify system user requirements Experience must be IT-related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion
