The IT Go-to-Market organization builds and operates the technology platforms that power Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. These products enable scalable lead generation, pipeline management, deal execution, and revenue insights across the business. As a Senior Product Manager on the IT Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will own internal technology products that support critical GTM capabilities such as CRM platforms, lead-to-quote workflows, sales productivity tools, and marketing automation systems. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve seller productivity, accelerate deal execution, and enable data-driven decision-making. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City for our hybrid working model. Responsibilities Domain Expertise Build AI-powered Customer Success and customer health platforms Define workflows for customer risk detection, prioritization, and proactive engagement Integrate Salesforce, telemetry, support, and analytics systems into unified experiences Drive automation for escalations, ticket creation, customer communications, and operational workflows Partner with CS teams to improve productivity, adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes Define requirements for AI agents, health scoring, and telemetry-driven insights Familiarity with the entire post sales motion that involves Professional Services, Technical Support and Customer Success Deep understanding of User Journey and Workflows for all of the post sales motions.
