Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Accounting & Financial Services Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST) About the Role We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth across accounting, bookkeeping, and financial services verticals. This is not a basic appointment-setting role. You will own: Outbound prospecting Lead generation Discovery calls Pipeline management Follow-ups Closing smaller deals independently You’ll work closely with leadership and service delivery teams to move prospects from first contact through onboarding while helping grow revenue across key service-based industries. Target industries include: Churches E-commerce Construction Home Services Trucking Real Estate If you understand accounting and financial services pain points, thrive in outbound sales environments, and can confidently manage conversations end-to-end, this role is a strong fit. What You’ll Own Prospecting & Research Identify and research potential customers across target verticals Build targeted lead lists using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Industry directories Outbound prospecting tools Research company pain points and tailor outreach messaging Maintain organized lead and pipeline tracking systems Multi-Channel Outreach & Lead Generation Execute outbound outreach across: Cold calls Email campaigns LinkedIn Social platforms Generate and qualify new sales opportunities Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline momentum Support inbound lead generation through basic paid campaigns such as: Facebook Ads Instagram Ads Optimize outreach messaging and response rates Discovery, Qualification & Closing Conduct discovery calls using frameworks such as: BANT MEDDIC SPIN Identify client pain points and present tailored solutions Run demos and walkthroughs using tools such as: Digits GoHighLevel Service presentation platforms Handle objections professionally and confidently Create proposals and close
