Job Summary You will support office operations by managing customer feedback and complaints, issuing invoices, handling monthly administrative tasks, maintaining attendance records, and updating inventory and store data. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure smooth daily functions. Working timing 9am -6pm Responsibilities Communicate with customers to collect feedback and resolve complaints effectively Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers Perform monthly administrative tasks to support office operations Maintain and update tele attendance sheets daily Collaborate closely with the operations manager to coordinate office activities Update inventory and store records to ensure accurate stock information
