Job Description: Own end-to-end attendance and timekeeping operations with high data accuracy and compliance Monitor, reconcile, and resolve attendance issues (lateness, absences, OT, shift changes) Review and manage employee leave requests in line with policy and payroll timelines Act as the main contact and escalation point for attendance-related inquiries Prepare and validate attendance data for monthly payroll processing Analyze attendance trends and provide insights for process improvements Partner with HR, Payroll, Ops and Product to improve attendance systems and processes Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and documentation for attendance processes and systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members Support audits, compliance reviews, and HR digital transformation initiatives as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related fields 3 - 7 years of experience in attendance, payroll, HR operations, or HR systems Hands-on experience with time attendance or workforce management systems Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with strong ownership and stakeholder management skills
