Job Description: -Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution across inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound activities. Drive warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality through continuous process improvement and performance optimization initiatives. Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and operational procedures to support business growth and operational excellence. Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to reduce costs, improve turnaround time, and enhance customer experience. Resolve complex warehouse operational issues and make timely, data-driven decisions to minimize operational disruptions. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment by enforcing safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through effective performance management, capability building, and succession planning. Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, SLA achievement, and resource utilization. Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and collaborate closely with Regional and Product teams to resolve system-related issues and drive enhancements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, KAM, Customer Service, Marketing, Sourcing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service delivery. Support strategic operational improvement projects and transformation initiatives to enhance warehouse scalability and operational capabilities. Manage and evaluate 3PL partners performance, ensuring operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.
