Job Description: Support the team in requirements analysis, system support, and release management across regional product and operations initiatives Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into analytical and product requirements Apply AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g. natural language querying, insight generation, text analysis) to explore data, identify patterns, and generate first-pass insights Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance, with guidance from senior analysts Assist in testing, validating, and improving analytical workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to ensure accuracy and usability Document insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly to support decision-making and knowledge sharing Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured questions and actionable steps Comfortable working with data and learning new analytical tools prior experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus but not mandatory Curious about using AI tools to enhance analysis, efficiency, and insight quality Able to explain findings clearly and logically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable experimenting in a dynamic environment Full-time internship availability preferred (3-6 months)
