Job Posting: Workforce & Community Development Intern Location: Any Texas Universities (TXWORKS Internship Program) Employment Type: Internship (Fall, Spring, Summer) First rounds of internships starts Spring 2026-Summer 2026 Compensation: $20-40/hr, up to 32 hours per week Eligibility: Open to undergraduate students at Texas universities --- Who We Are Govuni Collective is a workforce empowerment and economic development organization dedicated to job training, business growth, sustainability initiatives, and community development. Our mission is to provide students with real-world experience in workforce development, business innovation, affordable housing, and sustainable economic practices. Our organization is structured into three key divisions: Govuni Network Corporation – A nonprofit workforce and business development entity supporting employment training, economic opportunities, and business sustainability. Govuni Collective Foundation – A nonprofit branch dedicated to community empowerment, housing affordability, and sustainability initiatives. Through hands-on training, innovative programs, and employer partnerships, we equip students with practical skills and industry knowledge to support businesses, entrepreneurs, and workforce development initiatives. --- What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) All student interns will be trained in one of these roles using Agile & Scrum project management methods to ensure adaptability and collaboration. This program is designed to provide real-world training in workforce and economic development, business growth, sustainability, and housing initiatives. 1. Workforce & Business Development Assist in workforce training programs, helping businesses and individuals access employment resources. Support small business growth by identifying grants, funding opportunities, and economic incentives. Research workforce trends and help develop strategies to improve employment opportunities. 2. Community Outreach & Event Planning Orga
