Responsibilities Project Leadership: Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery. Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to synchronize project timelines and space programs effectively. Meetings Management: Organize and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams, addressing progress and challenges. Consultant Review: Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages. Standards Compliance: Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities adhere to Isprava's established standards and protocols. Reporting and Proposals: Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
