Role Overview: We are hiring a proven Enterprise Sales Leader to own and scale enterprise revenue across India. This is a high-impact role focused on closing large-ticket and bulk deals, building strategic partnerships, and driving enterprise growth end-to-end.This role is not about volume sales - it is about winning complex enterprise deals, engaging CXOs, and building a predictable, high-value revenue engine. What You Will Own: End-to-end enterprise revenue for India Large-ticket and bulk deal closures with enterprise clients Enterprise pipeline strategy, forecasting, and conversion CXO-level engagement and long-cycle deal management Strategic partnerships with corporates. GTM strategy in collaboration with leadership, marketing, and product Building and scaling a high-performance enterprise sales team Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable): Strong background in enterprise sales with complex deal cycles Proven ability to consistently close large-ticket and bulk deals Experience directly engaging and closing with CXOs / senior stakeholders Demonstrated ownership of enterprise revenue targets Experience building or scaling enterprise sales functions Background in SaaS / EdTech / IT Services is strongly preferred ⚠️ This Role May NOT Be a Fit If: You come primarily from inside sales, SMB, or transactional sales environments You have not independently closed enterprise deals You have not worked on large-ticket or bulk deal sizes You are not comfortable owning revenue and being accountable for outcomes You do not have prior enterprise sales experience Why This Role: Direct ownership of enterprise revenue in India Work closely with founders / leadership on business growth Build and scale the enterprise function from the ground up High-impact, high-ownership role in a fast-growing EdTech company Performance-based incentives Selection Process: Screening discussion GTM / enterprise case evaluation Leadership roun
