Leading Hospital Group Leadership Role About Our Client Our client is a leading multi-specialty hospital chain with a strong reputation for high-quality clinical care. Job Description Responsible for entire range of medical & non-medical operations, continuous growth & development and operational viability of the hospital Provide oversight to the policies, procedures and protocols for the clinical care to ensure care is delivered in a safe and well-organized manner and thus works closely with all Clinicians, paramedical In-charges and Nursing Collaborate on integration of medical services into hospital's overall comprehensive services Get actively involved in the process improvement, initiatives to improve care, treatment and services Gather feedback and analyze audit reports to ensure patient care is as per expected standards Ensures compliances to all statutory requirements for hospitals and liasoning with government bodies for various licenses - applications, follow up and inspection Participates as member in the following committees: a. Infection Control committee b. Credentialing and Privileging Committee c. Sexual Harassment committee d. Academic committee Reviews day to day operations of Diagnostic areas including Labs / Radiology / Blood bank. Does OPD/IPD coordination with Doctors / Nurses / Front Desk / Billing including seating arrangement of Doctors in respective OPDs. Participates in the recruitment & selection of staff and also get involved for Doctors' (uptil certain level) Create culture of Operations meeting to discuss operational problems across all departments and responsible for the writing & circulating of minutes of the meeting. Deals with day to day operational issues for OPD / Diagnostics / Blood Bank / Emergency / IPD Participates in quality related committees/ meetings/ plans Accountable for review, selection and monitoring of all relevant contracts in the department Any other duties assigned by reporting authority The Successful Applicant A successful Head-Operations should have: Educational Qualification: MBBS & MS/MD preferred. MBA / MHA is good to have Experience: 20+ years of experience, out of which 12+ year in operations/administration Good communication skills Liasoning skills Ability to maintain relationship with multiple stakeholders (Clinicians, Nursing, Quality, Admin, various government bodies, headquarters etc) What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to lead operations for a large, high-occupancy tertiary care hospital in expansion mode, with full ownership across clinical and non-clinical functions and direct exposure to senior leadership and multiple HODs.
