Job Description
Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support in full spectrum HR and administrative functions • Maintain records and documentation in an organised, accurate and timely manner • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures • Track HR metrics and prepare regular reports and analysis • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and statutory requirements • Assist in talent acquisition, including managing job postings, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees • Assist in learning & development, including the sourcing and coordination of training programs • Provide support in compensation surveys • Support HR events, including staff welfare and engagement activities • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements • Minimum diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome • Basic understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong planning and organisational skills • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
