Job Responsibilities Conduct job architecture review, benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyse trends to make recommendation for annual salary structure reviews Review the job structures and market trends to ensure our current salary packages, Performance management based rewards, Talent Management programmes, including well-being programme, etc. are updated. Assist with cross-functional HR functions, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and policy alignment. Support international transfers, expatriate management, and global policy harmonization. Work closely with countries' HR business partners to identify and resolve C&B related issues and address team members' concerns Participate in other HR projects as required Requirements At least 5 year experience in HR. Prior experience in compensation & benefits or handling regional or global subsidiaries would be advantageous Strong research and analytical skills Possess a high level of integrity. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Able to exercise informed and independent judgement while keeping and appreciating internal philosophy and frameworks Willingness and ability to travel as required to various business units or regional offices on a project basis.
