Job Summary Join our racket sports retail team to assist customers, manage retail operations, and support sales growth while sharing your passion for badminton and pickleball. Responsibilities Assist customers by answering product enquiries and recommending suitable racket sports equipment to meet their needs Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business Achieve individual and team sales targets by engaging customers effectively and applying product knowledge Process cashiering and payment transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth checkout Support daily retail operations to maintain smooth store functioning and customer experience Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment Manage stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability Learn and apply product specifications across major badminton and sports brands to advise customers confidently Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for badminton, pickleball, or other racket sports to connect with customers authentically Customer-oriented communication skills to engage and assist diverse customers effectively Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage Knowledge of badminton equipment to provide informed recommendations Experience in retail sales, inventory management, or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred Racket stringing experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate Other Information Salary & Benefits Competitive salary package Commission and incentive scheme Product knowledge and skills training Working Location Central-West Singapore Recruiter Details Joshua Hong Ze Yuan |
