You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Supporting information technology activities for an organization (i.e., local, wide area networks, and cloud network environments in support of an enterprise infrastructure, security infrastructure, Enterprise applications, Network files and print services, User account access associated rights and privileges, and operating systems); AND Isolating and defining issues or conditions in systems and networks-resolving critical problems in systems and networks, and developing new approaches and techniques for use by others; AND Providing technical and authoritative IT support and project management. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment. In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
