When We All Vote seeks an Experimentation Data Analyst to join its Data & Technology team to provide support to our randomized control trial and A/B testing efforts for this year’s Party at the Polls program. This role will be essential in maintaining the rigor of this year’s learning agenda, ensuring that our direct voter contact and program operations are in compliance with experimental protocols. Working closely with the Manager of Analytics & Research and the broader Data & Technology team, this person will be crucial in operationalizing our learning agenda and analyzing the results in advance of the election, during GOTV season, and into the next year as we analyze the electoral impact of our programming. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equally comfortable working in SQL as they are with experimental design and regression analysis. This is a full-time temporary position concluding July 30th, 2027.
