The Deputy Program Manager will support overall project management for a contracted NOAA program. This is a full-time key personnel role responsible for ensuring the program is organized, compliant, well-coordinated, and able to execute effectively across task orders, technical teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders. This role is the prime-contractor program manager for and is accountable for ensuring that Tomorrow.io delivers against contract requirements, task order commitments, subcontractor dependencies, reporting obligations, and customer expectations. *Offer of employment for this role is contingent upon contract award to Tomorrow.io .* Expected Outcomes The Deputy Program Manager will ensure the program runs with strong operational discipline, including clear schedules, accurate reporting, well-managed risks, documented decisions, timely deliverables, and coordinated execution across Tomorrow.io , subcontractors, technical leaders, and NOAA stakeholders. This role is expected to support immediate execution upon award, including kickoff readiness, project management planning, transition execution, recurring progress reporting, risk management, and task order implementation.
