Job Overview The Google Ads Specialist is responsible for independently managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats and accounts. This role requires a working knowledge of paid search strategy, bid and budget management, and performance reporting, with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid search campaigns end-to-end across relevant ad formats; define audience and targeting strategies aligned to client objectives and budget. Keyword & Audience Strategy: Conduct keyword research and audience analysis; build and refine targeting approaches to improve campaign efficiency and reduce wasted spend. Bid & Budget Optimisation: Manage bids and budgets across active accounts; identify and act on opportunities to improve return on ad spend and cost-per-acquisition performance. Testing & Optimisation: Run structured tests on ad creative, copy, and audience segments; implement findings to continuously improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, ensure tracking is functioning correctly, and produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
