The Opportunity A well-established marketing agency specializing in legal marketing is seeking a Content Strategist to support its growing content operations. For over 15 years, the agency has partnered with plaintiffs’ law firms across North America, helping them grow through strategic marketing, advanced web services, and data-driven content strategies. This role works closely with the internal content and marketing team to coordinate and publish high-quality content that supports client growth. The position plays an important role in maintaining a consistent stream of well-structured, accurate content while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. This is a collaborative role within a fast-paced agency environment where attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong coordination skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content across multiple projects and client accounts Publish and manage content using WordPress while ensuring accuracy and formatting standards Track and manage content tasks, workflows, and deadlines using Asana Support SEO-informed content planning and optimization using SEMRush Collaborate daily with internal team members to ensure consistent content production Maintain accuracy and quality standards across all published pages Contribute to a steady cadence of content delivery aligned with internal performance metrics Technical Skills Required Content creation and content coordination experience Some knowledge of HTML Experience publishing and managing website content in WordPress Experience managing tasks or workflows using Asana Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush Professional Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing content Responsive communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently Candidate Fit Professionals who are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Candidates who take ownership of
