Job Description
Responsibilities: To assist fixed assets functions, prepare the fixed assets entries and the register To assist inventories entries and adjustments in the accounting system To prepare overseas business expense voucher, calculate allowance and claims payable to staff To issue scrap sales invoices and handle related accounting entries To prepare monthly reports and schedule Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ commercial or audit experience Good interpersonal, analytical, well-organized skills with meticulous attention to detail Independent, team player and positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Excel application and formulas Preferably with experience in the use of Infor Sun Systems
