We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who can both lead design and technical authorship and act as Project Architect on site — taking architectural delivery off the founders across the studio’s live and upcoming projects. You will work closely with, and to the architectural direction of, the Principal Architect, interpreting and extending WeCraft’s design language and design standards while exercising sound independent judgement. You will lead architectural documentation from concept through construction, set and uphold the studio’s drawing and BIM standards, coordinate consultants, and — critically — go to site to check built work against the drawings, resolve construction queries and protect design integrity through implementation.
