Location: Orchard Working Hours: 5 days, shift rotation required Salary: Up to $2700 + aws + flexi benefit + staff meals Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join their team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver exceptional hospitality, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and support the overall guest journey from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Manage check-in/check-out efficiently, confirming reservations, payments, and preferences. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records in the property management system (PMS). Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service. Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to enhance guest experience. Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and brand standards. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred. 1–2 years of front office or guest-facing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Fidelio) advantageous. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
