Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Practice Technology & AI Coordinator Compensation range: $1,800 - $2,800 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the Australian Western Standard Time or AWST / Perth (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. The firm manages a steady volume of claims and has built a strong reputation for delivering client-focused service and practical legal guidance across its region. Role Overview: This is a newly created position for someone who loves technology, picks up new software quickly, and thrives when given a problem to solve independently. You will bring skills and expertise to implement and maintain AI tools, workflow automations and practice management. You need to be genuinely curious, proactive, and comfortable building things using modern AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms. Key Responsibilities: Researching and evaluating AI tools applicable to legal practice operations (e.g. document automation, AI agents) Building and maintaining workflow automations using tools such as Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms Supporting integration and optimisation of ActionStep and NetDocuments Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing practical solutions Producing internal reports and dashboards to support practice management decisions Providing general technology support and troubleshooting across the
