As an Inside Sales Representative, you will meet or exceed a defined sales plan of service contracts and support plans and proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts to generate revenue growth. A Day in the Life: Identify, develop, and close service sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including contract renewals and new business growth. Make proactive outbound customer calls and use email and video communication to engage decision-makers and influencers across customer accounts. Understand customer needs, workflows, and competitive dynamics to position value-added service solutions effectively. Partner with Product Sales, Service Management, and other internal teams to align customer strategies and maximize service revenue opportunities. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, territory plans, and forecasts using relevant sales tools and data sources.
