Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and oversee allaspects of construction projects from inception to completion Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, resources, and manpower allocation Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, operational, or contractual issues Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial control and reporting Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Prepare and submit progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation for management and stakeholders Drive continuous improvementinitiatives for construction processes, safety practices, and operationalefficiency Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 8-12 years of construction site experience Proven experience in construction and site supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
