Job Summary Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for building and construction projects, ensuring safety compliance and timely delivery. Lead site supervision, troubleshooting, and customer support to drive project success. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for building and construction projects to meet technical and safety standards Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using basic AutoCAD to support project documentation Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems including PLC machinery, VFD controllers, motors, and generators to ensure operational reliability Perform electrical installation of power points, HT/LT cable work, and distribution panels to meet project requirements Maintain and repair electrical infrastructures such as switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, alarm systems, and security systems to ensure continuous functionality Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project completion Attend project meetings, resolve site issues, and enforce compliance with safety standards, leveraging BCSS certification Provide professional customer support and manage on-site complaints to maintain client satisfaction Ensure adherence to industry regulations and prioritize safety in all electrical operations Required competencies and certifications Holder of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS) certification Class 3C Driving License Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics or related field 9+ years of hands-on experience in precision engineering, building maintenance, service engineering, and data center projects Strong knowledge of PLC programming, control panel design, motorized valves, solenoid valves, and sensor systems Proven ability in generator maintenance, electrical motor troubleshooting, and water pump systems Skill
